Meet Frederick Miller
Frederick Miller is the Founder and President of InterGuard Insurance Solutions, bringing more than a decade of experience in insurance, risk management, and business development. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Frederick attended Georgia State University, focusing on Economics, before beginning a career in the insurance industry that would eventually lead him to build and scale multiple successful agencies.

Frederick's insurance career began with State Farm's Agency Leadership Program. There, he developed a foundation in agency operations, client service, risk management, and business leadership. He later joined Farmers Insurance as an Agency Associate before being offered the opportunity to own and operate his own agency.
As a Farmers Agency Owner, Frederick successfully built and grew his business through one of the most challenging periods in modern history, navigating the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic while continuing to serve clients and expand operations. Over time, he recognized significant shifts occurring throughout the personal lines insurance market. As home and auto insurance became increasingly challenging for consumers, Frederick began evaluating where his expertise could create the greatest impact.
That search led him to commercial transportation.
After an extensive review of insurance markets and industry trends, Frederick identified commercial trucking as one of the most underserved and misunderstood sectors within the insurance industry. Rather than following the traditional path of a generalist agency, he made the decision to focus on helping trucking companies navigate insurance, compliance, and business growth challenges.
What began as a regional operation serving Georgia eventually expanded into Florida, Texas, and ultimately nationwide. Today, InterGuard Insurance Solutions specializes in commercial trucking insurance for new authorities, owner operators, and fleets across the United States.
Frederick has worked with thousands of business owners throughout his career and is known for his straightforward approach, industry knowledge, and commitment to helping clients make informed decisions. His philosophy is simple:

Beyond his work in insurance and transportation, Frederick has a strong interest in leadership, behavioral health, personal development, and the study of human behavior.
